How to
Short, plain answers for everyone — members, volunteers, ministry heads and admins.
Everyone
Open Watch in the menu. The big player shows our newest uploads automatically. Tap Subscribe on YouTube and you'll get a notification the moment we go live.
Open Join Live. Every meeting shows the link, the meeting code, the passcode and a phone number to call in. Tap Join now, or Copy link to send it to somebody else.
Open Give. Pick an amount, pick a fund, choose one time or recurring, then enter your name and email. Your receipt appears on the screen immediately — print it or download it for your taxes.
Open Miracles, scroll to the form at the bottom, tell your story and submit. A leader reviews it, then it goes live on the wall.
Volunteers & members
Tap Sign in, then Create account. Use your email and a password, or continue with Google. You'll land in the portal.
In the portal, open Ministries and tap Join on the department you serve in. The ministry head sees you right away and can make you a sub-admin.
Each ministry has two chats. The group chat is for announcements and everyday talk. The fellowship chat lets you post a question anonymously so people can workshop an answer with you.
Worship & Arts members open Worship in the portal. The Practice Studio plays the current set in order or lets you click one song. If you bring your own stereo track, choose no-vocals or vocal-only and press Build and play mix.
Leaders & admins
Portal → Meetings → New meeting. Paste the join link, meeting code, passcode and dial-in. Choose recurring for weekly meetings or one-time for a single session. It appears on Join Live instantly.
Portal → Website Editor. Pick the page, edit the words, watch the live preview beside the form, then Publish. No rebuilding, no cost, no waiting.
Portal → Email Updates shows your ministry's template. Fill in the template, send it, and the update lands in the approval queue. Once approved, it publishes to the news feed.
Portal → Approvals shows every submitted testimony, news post and emailed update. Approve or reject with one tap. Nothing reaches the public site until you approve it.
Portal → Prayer Requests shows every request from the homepage. Pastors can mark the status, assign a person, add internal notes, write a pastoral response and record that they are praying.
Portal → Giving shows totals by fund. Admins can enter a planning amount, divide it across ministries or causes, then add a new fund, ministry or event from the same page.
Portal → Admin Console → Security. Switch on the 2-step requirement and admins are prompted to confirm a code from their email at the next sign-in.
