December 10, 1978
The first worship service
Rehoboth Open Bible Church began in a borrowed church in Brooklyn with 10 worshippers, birthed through Rev. and Mrs. Easton Grant as an affiliate of the Open Bible Churches.
October 1981
A home on Avenue D
The church purchased the building at 5102 Avenue D in Brooklyn and held the inaugural worship service there on Sunday, October 11, 1981.
Rev. Edly Roper
A faithful second leg
Rev. Roper carried the work with passion, commitment and dedication, preaching the Word with strength through obstacles and leaving a legacy of perseverance.
1993
Rev. H. Dennis Campbell and Sis. Esther Campbell
Rev. and Mrs. Campbell continued the relay of leadership, guiding major renovations, expanded worship services, family-life ministry, technology systems, theological training, missions and world evangelism.

Led forward in Brooklyn
Rev. Leroy Spencer serves as the fourth pastor of Rehoboth Open Bible Church, with Rev. Dalton Spencer helping carry the pastoral work and the church mission to know Christ and make Him known.
